[訓練] 我的身高跟體重
小弟我187 體重120
老是要被抓去扛禁區
打進去是很ok 我沒意見
可是常常輕輕碰撞撞對方 對方就彈很遠...
那我國中時候打過校隊 打2.3號(183 90左右 切入很有破壞力XD)
以中距離和三分線為主要進攻技巧
現在一不小心失控 變那麼的癡肥
變成每次跟人打球 一定就要扛禁區...
以前常做重量 想減肥很難
有沒有方法可以讓我恢復正常身材阿??
