[其他] 新手自我訓練問題
版上各位好
小弟最近開始接觸籃球
所以是個超新手的狀態
會碰籃球其實為了身體健康
也想順便瘦身
但更希望把球技提升
以下是我自己這幾天練習的項目
罰球線練投100
左右手運球各200下
換手運球200下
背後運球100下
左右胯下運球各100下
左右手三步上籃各30次
我想問有哪裡不足或有更好的訓練方式
如果建議是運球跑的話可能得待我能比較熟練原地運球時
再加入訓練項目
