[問題] 打球與重訓的出力問題
是這樣的
小弟有個疑問
平常在打球不管打三打三或是全場都會切入
為了加強身體強度和保持體態也會做重量訓練
有時會練上半身(肩膀,二頭,三頭,胸)
但有個問題,就是自從做了重訓之後
打球時會不由自主的用上半身出力
特別在垂直向上起跳以及切入時特別明顯
導致下半身沒有什麼力的感覺,切入速度變慢
請問一下這種情形有辦法改善嗎?
