[其他] 增加運球和傳球的力道
大家好,
有幾個問題想問大家一下,
1.如果要增加傳球和運球的力道,請問應該重訓哪個部位?
或是有一些技巧可以改善?
2.隊友傳給我,如果我馬上出手的話,投籃的姿勢還可以,力量可以從腳傳上來;
但是如果先做個探步,再出手的話,不知道為什麼力量以及姿勢會完全跑掉。
