[訓練] 快攻上籃腳步
小弟想請問
快攻上籃會減速的問題
我個人並不是因為要算腳步而減速
而是自己持球全速推進上籃
會感覺膝蓋跟腳踝負擔很大(尤其水泥地)
為了避免受傷而減速
請問這樣是正常的 還是我本身腳肌力不夠呢?
看西河或是LBJ在快攻時都沒在減速 甚至起跳還能加速
是否能夠透過訓練降低減速的比率呢?
