我昨天(5/27)下午去填了官網的保固表單
不用特別填什麼
就是附上照片、貨號、聯絡資訊(地址、電話、名字)
以下是我填寫的文字
Hello,
I’m a RAM MOUNTS user from Taiwan. I purchased the RAM-HOL-UN10BU phone holder
in 2022 and have been using it for about two and a half years.
Recently, while riding on the road, the holder suddenly broke, causing my phone
(an iPhone 15 Pro Max) to fall and roll on the road along with the holder.
I understand that RAM MOUNTS products come with a lifetime warranty, so I first
contacted the store where I originally purchased the item. However, they informe
d me that they do not provide warranty service and advised me to contact the man
ufacturer directly — which is why I’m reaching out to you now.
I would appreciate your assistance regarding the warranty claim and any steps I
need to follow to get a replacement.

今天凌晨3點就收到信件說貨物寄出了
沒有來來回回的詢問、沒有多餘的保固文件或購買證明要求
非常阿莎莉的直接寄出

不過比較要擔心的是
因為當初表單地址只能選美國的州
所以我是空白 只填台灣地址 沒有加TW或ROC
結果他們自動幫我填了CN....
希望還是會寄來台灣啦
如果跑去中國 我就要再填一次表單了XD
