[請益] 骨頭超級硬...
從小...我的骨頭就很硬
坐著向前彎...只有一點點彎度...
去上瑜珈好挫敗...
當大家都彎下去時...我最高...
這樣代表我不適合這項運動嗎??
還是有什麼辦法可以幫助骨頭變軟.....??
