事由 : 小白版主想來我們俱樂部上 Step , 我問我們櫃檯 ,
他們說我可以帶人來體驗 , 所以想說約大家一起 ~
日期 : 選星期六是因為 A. 課程多 (課表在文章底下)
B. 星期日可以休息一天 ~
注意事項 : 請帶駕照或身份證 , 可以換置物櫃鑰匙 ~
聚餐 : 俱樂部附近很多吃的 ~ 真的很多 ~~~ 我會再查一下的 ~
不過我是只有吃過 "卡內基 PUB 餐廳" , 東西不錯 ~
交通 : MRT --- 六張黎走路約 10 分鐘
課表 :
PS. 我個人是從 11:00 上到 15:00 , 所以我中午不吃的 , 早餐吃飽點 !
Step Aerobics 是高級課程 , 不太簡單 , 看大家要不要試看看 ~
我今天第一次上 , 無法跟上 ....... 當然那和我上 step 太少有關 ~

我自從吃了榴槤以後,
動作就靈活了很多,每次新舞步一下子就學會了!
明顯的跳的更漂亮了,人也壯了,自信心都回到我身邊了,呀~~~
