請問適合羽球運動的重量訓練項目有哪些
可以幫助整體擊球質量與動作能力提升
重量大概要多重?次數和組數各要多少?
我跑位的速度算快了
但聽說重量做太多反而會影響動作流暢性讓動作變的比較遲鈍
但我又想提升擊球的力道與質量
可否有經驗的球友提供建議?
