[問題] 練體力一定要跑超過30分鐘嗎?

我純粹只是想要練身體健康
一個禮拜跑三天
我從一開始跑1200公尺就快仆街...@@
練了幾個月後
現在跑4000公尺約23~24分跑完
跑前跑後都慢慢走400公尺
請問我一定要跑超過30分鐘嗎?
或是增加到4800公尺之類的?

我大概就努力達成30分鐘跑完5000公尺吧@@
因為我能運動的時間很少...都是擠時間出來跑...
我的身體健康是能夠比普通人好一點我就滿意了
我體力不是普通的差...orz
