[問題] 100M 速度訓練

小弟一直都很喜歡運動
經過一段時間 我認為跑步對我來說是比較有興趣的
我今天也去拿了田徑隊報名表
目前100M是 14秒
目前國三 從國一到國三的進步
我認為應該是非常的大
(國小18)
國一時 100M是跑16秒
看板上大大說 練100M 很講求資質
我不敢說我資質很好 但我想如果練下去
也可以有不錯的成績
我一直不知道升高中有體育班這個途徑
經過今天田徑隊老師說之後
體育班 是看體育的成績
我想要試試看 因為小弟的成績現在應該算很爛....
我想請板上各位大大
除了我進田徑隊之後的在學校裡面的訓練
我是否在其他時間 例如:假日(本人沒在補習)
也可以進行訓練 那我該進行甚麼訓練才好呢?
小弟身高在國二之前並不是很高 嚴格來講算是矮的
現在國三 身高是165cm 體重是約53kg
.
