[問題] 初半馬想往更高方向?
11/9 拿到了初半馬
大家一起跑的感覺真好,
比較不會孤軍奮戰的感覺,
但是不知不覺會一開始就跑的比較快(回家後看app才知道),
一開始不間斷大約跑了四公里後,就斷斷續續的跑,
剩下兩公里後,就開始覺得膝蓋有點痛?
完賽成績,大會時間 02:42:00左右,(個人成績為什麼會比較快?02:41:46)
在這之前的前四天,才練跑第一次21km的測試,
大約是03:12:00左右(這有包含等紅綠燈時間),
拿到了初半馬,感覺就很開心。
如果說想再拿初馬的獎牌,該怎麼準備?
沒有限定什麼時候參加,目標在時間內完成拿到獎牌,
平常也有沒太多時間跑這麼久的練習,
所以,該怎麼準備?
