[問題] 快抽筋 鹽巴救急 該吃多少量?

有去藥房買空膠囊來裝鹽巴, 一粒裝滿約500毫克.
發現快抽筋時該吃多少才有效果 & 不會過量呢?
主要是應急用途, 通常身邊只有水或稀釋的運動飲料.
有時自主訓練在山道香蕉也不太容易取得.
另外是補充時機, 要定時少量吃? 還是快抽筋再吃比較好?
我自己大約是連續跑2.5hr以上, 容易有抽筋的信號.
