[問題] 一週後全馬練習請益

現在問這個有點瞎還請大家鞭小力一點,
小妹之前跑全馬都只以歡樂完賽不受傷為目標,平常沒什麼練習大概一週一兩次6-8k而已
下週日要跑柏林馬,原本訂了六大馬想要sub5的目標,
因為七月中颱風天撲街,左膝有個大傷口反覆裂開化膿,
所以這兩個月都沒有跑步,這週傷口比較穩定跑了8k和16k,
請問剩下這幾天該怎麼練習?以及賽中該以什麼為目標配速比較合理?
因為之前都跑海拔落差有點大的,對平地馬沒什麼概念,
附上以前成績供參考:
太馬:5 hr 33 min
櫻花馬: 5 hr 55 min
洄瀾馬: 5 hr 30 min
礁溪馬: 5 hr 50 min
以上賽前都只有每週一兩次6-8K
目前人已經在柏林每天都很閒,LSD不是問題
