‧ While moving:
. To pass or shoot for a field goal, the player may jump off a pivot foot and
land on one foot or both feet simultaneously. After that, one or both feet may
be lifted from the floor but neither may be returned to the floor before the
ball is released from the hand(s).
這就是一般上籃腳步的根據 條件是while moving
若是走完後停下 再pass or shoot 那就不叫while moving了
不知道一些經過裁判訓練的人
認為上籃可以停住 立定後中樞腳可以離地然後金雞獨立
籃球進攻已經比防守強多了 再加上這些 防守的人只能被耍好玩
