[訓練] 投籃姿勢大改(附影片)
一直知道自己投籃很不順但是改不太過來,
正常來說dip下沉膝蓋微彎後→
下半身力量往上帶時手部順勢往上
我則是從小到大習慣先舉球再屈膝,時常因為這樣造成出手意圖太明顯或是出手太慢被搧火鍋,看了幾部shotmechanics的影片嘗試想找出問題點但總是不習慣,因此想上來求教各位版友qq
希望能提供修改的訓練方式,感謝大家
