在資訊開放的地方,比價人人都會,但是價格戰並不是唯一的營運指南。而且我也
講得很清楚,"theoretically"。這個論點的基礎很簡單: service costs。
除非你能夠拿什麼學理來證明服務可以無成本地進行,否則,在其他變因皆得到控制
的情境下,good service 與 good price 之間有相當程度的排斥關係。
至於服務要做到怎樣的程度、價格可以低到怎樣的程度,這是車店自己權衡斟酌。
如果你仍然要抱持著 "賣方會無所不用其極地掏我口袋" 的心態來跟車店打交道,
那麼你應該抱著資本論上街頭革命還比較實際。

上面這段話未免太託大了。從你之前對於其他人提到零售店向車廠進貨的平均成本
數字嗤之以鼻的反應,就可以知道你對於這個產業有多外行。說句坦白話,倘若
真的聽你的意見為參考,無異於問道於盲。

有商業規模的買者會以量議價。
有人際手腕的買者會以交情商價。
自行具備技術的老手不必倚賴車店,可以多方詢價比價。
唯有無知的買者會走進店裡,天真到以為找老闆亂殺一通就可以打到八折。
