好像有點長所以直接用回的好了。 之前買Kitbag,保險起見都會選UPS,不想為了省郵資冒風險, 最近國際免運症夯,就忍不住選了Royal Mail, 三個單裡兩個都一週內就寄到了,就只有這筆快超過25工作天啦...Q___Q 最下面有Kitbag的回覆,寫的好像很簡單, 但看版友說實際上需要溝通許多封信才能成功申請到退費? 貼上來跟以後說不定也一樣衰的版友分享。囧 簡單條列一下: 1. 工作天指週一到六。 2. Royal Mail一般是5-10工作天寄達。 3. Kitbag希望我們等超過15工作天再去吵他們。XD 4. 超過25工作天的話請用電話/mail聯繫, 要提供地址並填寫拒絕接收的表格,Kitbag會問要退款或視庫存狀況重新寄送。   (這裡不太懂,填了郵差又自己交給管理員怎麼辦呀?@@") 如果之後有退成功的話,再來分享過程好了...Orz 原文: I can confirm your order was despatched out with Royal Mail on 11/10/2010. This service should normally take 5-10 working days for delivery with this delivery method; If after this period the order remains un-delivered it is a requirement with the Royal Mail that you allow further 15 working days (Monday – Saturday) before contacting us. If you do not receive your order after the 25 working days please contact us by telephone or email and we will conduct further investigations. To assist us with the investigation please include your full shipping address. We may ask you to complete and return a denial of receipt form.
