更新退費過程: 1. 工作天指週一到六。 2. Royal Mail一般是5-10工作天寄達。 3. Kitbag希望我們等超過15工作天再去吵他們。XD 4. 超過25工作天的話用電話/mail聯繫並提供地址, Kitbag會寄需填寫的表格,並詢問要退款或視庫存狀況重新寄送。 5. 要求退費的話,2-3工作天後可去信用卡明細檢查。 過25工作天後回信要求退費,Kitbag很迅速的就完成手續了耶! 直接貼信件內容給以後遇到同樣事件的版友參考囉。=) 下面是落落長的原文,可以略過。XD ----------------------------要求退費後的第一封------------------------------- Thank you for your email. I can confirm that having looked into your account and we are going to send you a denial of recipt form. If you can complete the form and return it to us then we can process the matter further. If you require any further assistance, please do not hessitate to contact us --------------第二封就是正式表格(直接寫好正確答案囉!XD)------------------- To help me with our enquires please would you kindly place an X against your answer to the questions below. Please be advised that these questions must be answered on the form itself and not returned in a separate email/letter. * Has the parcel been received?
