[經驗] 觀香

這個方法,應該和靜坐沒有很大的關聯性,但因為多少有從中獲益一些,所以分享一下經驗
這是從對岸的一位萬行上師的教導中得知的方法(他也是我十分尊敬的一位高僧)
方法是在暗室中點燃一柱香,距香大約兩米左右距離,盤腿然後雙眼平行注視著香,且持續不閉眼,在這過程中,由於不閉眼持續的觀香,兩眼會不停的流淚,且有流鼻涕的現象發生
得到的好處是,我的專注力提高非常多,並且近視現象有所改善(一眼改善50度,一眼改善25度,我本身兩眼有視差),現在由於打坐的時間不夠,所以只堅持了一個月,不過有看到部份成效
問題來了,我不是要建議大家觀香,因為詳細內容我並未完整打出來,而且這跟雙盤一樣,在現代醫學上是不被認可的(醫生:盤腿然後一小時都不動?小心血液循環不良,雙腿壞死),我只想知道,各位身旁是否有人也有這麼做的?這樣我就能有可以討論的對象了
