[問題] 暖身需要到哪種程度呢?
下水前都會做簡單暖身+拉筋
大約10分鐘後,讓身體有熱起來的感覺
但是在拉筋過程中常覺得有快抽筋的感覺><~~(尤其是腳板)
下水後身體卻無法馬上放鬆飄浮,
感覺是肌肉還滿僵硬的沒有完全放鬆
想請問該如何改進呢??
