[問題]蝶式打水
各位好 最近在練蝶式打水
聽說正確蝶式打水 收小腿時腰要往前挺 腳打下去時 臀部會浮出水面, 用腰帶動下半身
是指腳打下去時 臀部要刻意往上翹嘛? 這樣臀部才會浮出
我都這樣做 可是感覺動作有點不太連貫 也不太會跑的樣子
我看有些人做似乎只有小腿在上下踢 上半身不怎麼動 可是也會前進
另外力量到底是從腰部發還是大腿 我自己感覺是大腿去踢 帶動小腿 才有辦法前進
無法領略到底怎麼用腰力 去帶動腿
請高手指教
