[問題] 是不是該花錢請教練?
大家好
我是新手
因為四月中報名綠島海上長泳的緣故
我開始每天練自由式
從4/13日起開始練,一開始游50m就要休息
練到現在可以連續游2500m 配速2:10/100m
(以前曾經花蠻多時間練跑步)
划手數23下/50m,故意漂浮可以減到18 19下,游泳方式是前交叉二拍打水(其他方式我不會)
請問如果想進步到長距離均速1:10~1:20/100m
即50m 40秒內
是不是要請教練?
有推薦的游泳教練嗎?
我一直覺得我的划水動作很沒效率,阻力也很大
用蠻力游自由式無氧系統全開也不過48秒/50m左右。
而且練了兩個禮拜我肩膀開始有游泳肩的症狀
我懷疑我姿勢不正確
