[情報] 2017 Draft 綠帽版
今年是新CBA後的第一個選秀,不過補償的改變這個offseason才會實行,也就是影響下一次
的選秀.
去年又一次不理想的戰績順利拿到第六順位(多輸一場甚至可以衝第三)
這次比較特別的是two-way talent在一二輪特別的多.BA有篇歷史上的Two-way players

這次college hitter,C,SS很缺 綠帽順位附近可以挑的college RHP和OF倒是很夠 而且有
多個備案 是只要想選八成會有 問題在於到底相信那些東西是修得好的
這次綠帽的bonus pool是第五高的11.4M(https://goo.gl/IFLBiM)
附帶一提的是新CBA調整了每個slot money,可以看連結那個表:比起去年前兩pick下降一
些,錢分到3-59去增加,60到最後下降,這使的最前面的人cut deal和8-10輪可節省的錢變
少了,然而像綠帽的6th overall已經有5.3M,比去年A.J.Puk slot$的4.1M高出許多.
5.3M不計入5%緩衝已經是Top3才可以拿到的錢

前面以去年的情形來講,ATL可以做cut deal

在投手丘上有SP的所有條件:physical(6-4 220lbs),athleticism, 92-95 mph fastball
up to 97mph, low-80s 11-to-5 curve, mid-80s above average slider/cutter with
late and nasty action, mid-80s average changeup. 季初丟mid-90s卻沒有command,
近幾個月改回92-95 mph就擺脫季初的控球不穩,回到draft board的前幾名.在club喜歡求
穩的情形下很快就會被挑走,不會超過top5

Polished HS pitcher: 90-94mph fastball that can hit 96, can maintain his
velocity into the late innings.Very advanced 1-to-7 curveball that can be plus.
Low 80s slider/changeup and can be above-average.Very good command ,especially
for a HS pitcher.Very good athlete with performance(12-1 0.08ERA 83.1IP 174SO
as a junior).Repeats mechanics well
Ceiling不像去年的Jason Groome,不確定綠帽是否願意賭在他身上,且前面選的人也對他
很有興趣.今年綠帽花了很多時間在North Carolina看Gore,Beck and J.B. Bukauskas,

Showcase,Tournament and the National team.
Hit排在HS bat前段但並沒有比他的其他tool好,bat speed佳但是否真能成長成scouting

93-97 mph fastball , plus-plus high-80s slider with devastatingly sharp break,
and he has great command of it. Rarely use his changeup but it was above-
average in the U.S. National Team. Friday night starter this season,dominant
performance.Young for the class(won't turn 21 until November)
Sonny Gray II 有這次大學最好的變化球.對他的debate主要在Height(six-feet)和effort
in his delivery,前者綠帽通常比較少care,後者delivery可以repeat well但是否可以撐
200局和有多少空間增加command. 但是因為rumor太明顯了,看起來比較像是個備案...

綠帽在North Carolina常看的人之一.特別是選秀前一周還做了individual workout,想的
到的所有高層都在..Beane,Forst,Kubota,Billy Owens.Tooly雖不是Jordon Adell那種體
能怪物但pure bat比他好.也比較可能CF.沒木棒AB和不能對戰其他頂級新秀無解,增加選他
的風險,連官網都沒有擺他的影片.但顯而易見的是他是綠帽非常有興趣的人選

and delivery raise some concerns.minor surgery on both knees in the fall.
Consistent performance and the track record.

排名上升最多的人之一.Two-way player.Has above-average hitting skills and uses
the entire field.Average power,thought not sure what it will be with the wood
bat. Above average runner.Average accurate arm,average defender in CF.Advanced
approach(41BB/20SO).Breakout season(.399/.496/.676),more power than he's ever
shown before.
跟Jeren Kendall是這次常拿來比較的大學棒子,排名隨著球季進行超過tool面好很多的
Kendall.對他的意見有rotational swing或能不能待CF,雖然常說McKay如如果專注一角色
的話一定更好 但其實Adam Haseley也是.跟Andrew Benintendi一樣在選秀前竄升.Tool不
如但內容上有類似 相信是綠帽很有興趣的人.

Kendall的K%是每次提到他都會出現的問題,BA也跑了一下statistical comparison,非常
少人可以克服那個contact rate.另提到Vanderbilt是在turf field所以swings hard造成
hit的可能性,不管怎樣他的approach必須要改掉.當然他揮這麼多風扇還是可以打三圍
306/.380/.570..應該是有人知道怎麼修好他,去年Alec Hansen那種都短時間內修好了,
綠帽知不知道他解藥就不知道,但通常別隊會比較搶先於修好這種人,而且又有好幾個safe
bet在檯面上應該不太會承受這種risk

hitter,四響砲又連72.1IP沒失分,clubs對他要做哪一種居然意見分歧.不詳細寫了

前面來講#1MIN,#2CIN,#3SD互相相關,Hunter Greene過度明顯想去#3留在加州,但
前面不一定如他願.Rumor顯示#1MIN不想要HS pitcher,#2CIN較有可能雙棲的二選一,
#3沒Greene的話GoreLewisMcKay其他都有可能.#4TBR可能就是BPA.#5ATLGoreBeckBaz
Haseley其他都有可能還跟BeckBazLewis做過private workout.但不確定他們會拿McKay
