[問題] 跑1200需要買護膝嗎
各位版友
最近在加緊練習1200公尺
目前規劃是早上跑一次 下午跑一次
大概要練習三個禮拜左右
這樣我練習需要買護膝嗎???
我體重尚輕
可能體重和膝蓋受傷沒有絕對關係
但很怕每天兩次練跑會傷膝蓋
就像前幾篇所說的是為了參加某局體能測驗練習的
此外
今天第一次試跑一下是7分開頭(我是女生)QQ
跟之前提問的考生差不多 我也整個大慌
我這樣有機會擠進6"20秒內嗎
