[問題] 兩個月練20km的目標該訂在哪?

最近一個月開始減肥~
(本來也不算很胖 160 58kg 但體脂高達27% 又都胖下半身 所以想減到20%左右)
目前執行每周三天慢跑1hr 三天重訓+慢跑30min 的計畫
(跑步機很無聊 所以除非重訓那天剛好在健身房 不然都是路跑)
但跑一跑又覺得 需要一點目標才有努力的方向
不然真的很怕之後天氣越冷越偷懶
所以就很想報看看11月底那個八方雲集20km的比賽~
但我現在完全沒有長跑的經驗 平常的練習量都是
1.跑一小時不算距離(看心跳) 或是 2.跑6km~7km之間 就停
我的問題是
如果想以這個比賽拿獎為目標~~(多小的獎都無所謂)
(因為有獎金~~這樣就等於沒花報名費還賺錢><又減肥 好划算!!!)
目標該怎樣訂才是合理的呢????(ex:至少在幾分鐘內跑完10km,幾分鐘內跑完20km?)
我已經有準備每天花1.5~2hr慢跑(+重訓)了~~

平常只跑六七千是因為很無聊而且覺得減肥效果到就好~根本不累~
我對自己體力滿有信心 因為這個暑假 常連續騎單車幾十~120K
大爬坡那種考驗肌力的時候會輸給平常有在練的 但平路微上坡考驗耐力的時候也不會輸
都是連續騎3hr起跳~到六七小時也有 中間只有半小時到一小時一次補給(看天氣)
會想換跑步是因為騎單車的時間成本太高了~
我並不是平常只會輕鬆跑半小時就突然想去跑20km啦>"<
不過拿獎只是先有個目標~好像目標訂第一最後拿第十也不會太差的那種感覺~
而且版上強者應該大部分都跟我不同組吧XDDD
(之前每次在操場上都覺得一些有肚肚的阿伯卻是跑最快的....)

大概是一周跑三 重訓三 休一吧~跟目前差不多只是時間拉長一點
總是要報了才會激勵自己有目標啊~
