[問題] 這樣增加強度會太多嗎?

每次跑步距離or時間:10K/65~70min
跑步地點/地面:學校PU操場
距離用餐時間?6H
是否有做暖身?拉筋5min
是否有做收操?瑜珈收操10~15min
疼痛部位?
是否有服用藥物或營養補給品(如:Move free、維骨力)? NO
平時就有邊打羽球,偶爾一個禮拜跑一次6~8K。
因為要幫去騎自行車環島的學長訓練體力,所以順便督促自己慢跑(因報名SEIKO)。
平均一周跑三次,中間偶爾穿插一兩天打球,強度增幅大至如下:
6K->8K(第1~1.5周)->10~11K(第1.5~4周)->12K(第5周)
接著感覺我的左膝蓋緊緊的,跑步不會痛,去看中醫針灸推拿痛到想踹醫生,
醫生說是韌帶受傷了。
話說去年初生之犢想參加太魯閣,練一個月就右腳足底筋膜炎了。
這次又這樣有點沮喪,是我強度增加太快嗎?
