[問題] 請問自由式
今天趁著運動中心早上沒什麼人,練了幾趟自由式
上次看了精華區後,發現自己可能腳的擺動幅度不大,
所以今天修改後是有比較好一點,不過游到20M的時候都會發現
手和腳都開始沒力(整天都坐在補習班身體都虛掉),
手會開始向外滑出去,然後腳好像踢不太起來= =
之後換氣時整個前半都會撐起來,阻力變的更大
想請教游自由式是不是腿力還有臂力都是最重要的??
還有是靠手的前進還是腿的呀?? 印象中好像是手
另外為什麼看有些人明明腳都在水裡打水,結果卻游的還滿快的= =
記得教練說應該下半身要浮起來才對?
還有大家自由式是要練過才能長游嗎= =?每次人多想用自由式但游了
一趟就覺得超累,只好換回腳不能張太開的蛙式~"~
