【問題】請問有關於運動後之酸痛...

有氧版的各位大大好:
我是剛加入加州運動的版友
因為剛加入且最近比較有時間
所以很想將身體練強壯一點
(我是女生,並不是想變金剛芭比,只是想要健康陽光一點)
故最近常一天連上好幾堂課
有飛輪、combat、bodypump、MV教舞.....等
尤其是飛輪...只要我去到加州幾乎都會上到一堂課

重點來了...
我有時上比較多課時
回家身體都會酸痛(嚴重一點幾乎全身都會)
我是有洗熱水、按摩、擦肌肉酸痛藥膏
結果是有好一點
但我這種情形是正常的嗎?
我這樣可以在忍耐限度內持續運動嗎?
這樣是不是所謂的"撞牆期"....撐過後就沒事了
還是我這樣運動強度太高
必須要等久一點...等到肌肉完全不酸痛才可繼續呢?
其實我在較年輕時(遠目)有過一星期大約五天,每天跑十公里
所以我才希望在現在也能增加運動強度...看是否可以比以前更勇健(呵~)
而且我很羨慕加州某些老師
課排得很滿...但是看起來都精力充沛的感覺
我很想也跟他們一樣厲害:p
