[問題] 跑步靠的是意志力嗎?

我是九月才開始慢跑的新手
原本跑個10分鐘就氣喘吁吁
現在最高紀錄可以連續跑個17分鐘
但最高紀錄也就是這樣了
我很想挑戰連續跑30分鐘不休息
但每次跑到最後都快不行了
變成要用嘴巴吸氣 腳也有點麻 速度也慢下來了
所以想請問各位高手 難道你們都不會喘不過氣來?
最後是用意志力在支撐嗎?
還有跑步的頻率該是每天都去跑 還是一週跑個5~6天就好?
因為我都每天跑 跑到每天腿都有一點點痠痠的

拍謝 因為之前當兵時連上的要求就是3000公尺15分內跑完
所以我才會覺得這個速度是正常 囧>

感謝各位的指導 今天放慢速度去跑 果然30分鐘很容易就跑完了
而且跑完的時候比之前跑3000公尺時還要不喘
只是手腳在衝過終點的時候突然湧現慢慢的疲累啊 XD
大概是我肌耐力不夠的關係吧
