[問題] 新手平日練跑配速

各位先進膝蓋康健 心肺有力
在下是8月份開始,剛加入慢跑行列的新手
年齡31, 171/85 體脂肪約22
是個正在發福的上班族
練習至今覺得體能已經有改善
9月份使用Nike+記錄的里程是108km
平均配速是6:21 mins/km
每週盡量練習四次
最近四次練習8km 平均速度5:52 mins/km
正當自己覺得欣慰有些進步
有朋友很驚訝的說 怎麼跑這麼慢??
正常人隨便都跑進5:30
但是我目前的目標是希望先建立基本耐力
最終目標是能降低體脂肪
畢竟體重太重 而且原本從事的運動是籃球
不是很曉得新手在訓練上正常的順序和成績
想尋求各位高手的建議
我的練習強度是不是太低??
是否是時候加入間歇跑 和最大有氧跑??
麻煩各位先進了……
