[心得] 窮的連鹽巴都沒有的富邦馬

一大早就遇到一些搞不清楚搭捷運到會場的跑者幾乎都跑去搭板南線,
讓我輕鬆的搭乘到處都是空位的信義線!
到了會場繞了好久才找到寄物處, 寄好包包離開跑不到五分鐘, 趕緊去起跑位置,
滿滿都是人, 排的好後面.
鳴槍後經過四分鐘才到出發的拱門, 依舊只能用走的.
由於完全沒有熱身, 只好慢慢的跑, 想跑快也不行!
這是一場窮到連鹽巴都沒有還有一堆泡水糊掉的餅乾和剝好變色的香蕉的風雨馬拉松.
不曉得是喝礦泉水還是"酸雨水", 連運動飲料也少的可憐.
路協收了那麼多報名費, 品質卻爛的可以.
不過還是感謝工作人員, 跟著大家淋雨到活動結束, 辛苦了.
為了這場馬拉松, 特別休息一個禮拜, 用來測試自己前腳掌的傷是否恢復良好.
結果前半馬覺得有點輕微痛, 後半馬卻無大礙.
還是要在下次練跑時測試看看, 否則不大敢放心的跑.
最後十公里風雨變得很大又逆風, 實在不好跑, 身體都暖不起來, 有點冷.
剩約4公里處, 有幾個熱心的大哥大姐煮薑茶和咖啡, 雖然是小小一杯,
但身體整個暖起來, 真是感謝. 路協有如此用心就好了, 唉!
跑完後把晶片捐出去, 算是作點小公益. 接著領完便當後, 走去 101 換衣服和吃便當.
101 外面好多遊覽車, 幾乎都是載著陸客,
不曉得他們看到那些迫害法輪功的海報和看板作何感想, 不過好像都視若無睹!
另外這次竟然燒襠了,原來後半馬有點痛痛是警訊, 洗澡時有夠痛的.
下一場打算穿平常運動短褲跑.
