請問各位長跑前輩 3000米 13分整的成績 進步到10000m跑進35分以內需要多少時間 ˊˋ
..小弟現年25歲 上面成績是唯一的一次在軍中鑑測成績,以前求學時代也沒有正式紀錄過
我退伍半年了開始練跑約2個月..希望有朝一日達標更上層樓ˊˋ...
最近再網上無意間找到Benji Durden馬拉松訓練課表

依照課表,我想額外加入幾項練習以間歇為主
平常練跑時間
禮拜一~禮拜四&禮拜天 晚上6點到9點
輕鬆跑約5:20/km 時間約40-50min
禮拜五 休息或游泳或放空..
禮拜六 長跑約5:10/km 時間約90~120min
間歇還沒練過想採用 yasso 800 / Mile Repeats/ The Ladder 這幾項
