像這集的超慢跑
他說他一天體脂降1%這怎麼可能
一聽就知道在唬爛
你說第一天降1%也就算了
每天都降1%是在供三小
這種做法只會讓大家對運動失去耐心而已
然後那個低碳的實驗確實特別危險
身體最容易利用的能量就是碳水化合物了
要不然肌肉幹嘛都儲存肝醣
蛋白質身體也很不愛拿來用
脂肪還要透過醣質新生
建議看到那種講的自己多神的一律封鎖就對了
