[新人] 跑步成績停滯怎麼辦

我新人 開始跑不到一個月
一開始很有成就感
從跑不到1.5k 每天都有一點點進步
到現在能跑4K了 然後就停滯了
甚至還會退步 跑3.多k就極限了
我是用跑步機按11去跑
已經停滯一週了 最多撐到4.4K 就受不了了
請問各位大大 有碰過停滯期嗎 怎麼突破呢
另外有必要天天跑嗎 休息重要嗎
像是重訓 研究表明 同肌群一週頂多20組
多食無益 少休息 反而影響肌肉肥大
不知道長跑 有沒有類似的說法
是不是停滯了 就休息個幾天 去放鬆肌肉呢
