[請益] 被當負面教材,心情如何調適?
我目前參加的瑜珈教室是小型的
只有一位老師
每次上課的人數都不到10人
老師能顧及每個人的狀況
幫大家橋姿勢
我覺得自己也慢慢進步中
我本來買短期的課程
上了幾堂後加買改成長期課程
上週上課時
老師說我站姿不對
這樣會影響到膝蓋
接著他叫我到前面
讓大家看我的站姿哪裡不對
我一開始不願意過去
老師還說:你過來借大家看一下啊
我就這樣成了負面教材
說我站姿哪邊有問題
這樣會影響到膝蓋
年紀大時膝蓋會因為負擔太重而出問題
又說我的蘿蔔腿O型腿是因為站姿引起的
等等
大概講了5-10分鐘
我卻覺得像是5小時那麼久
當下我頭抬不起來
覺得很丟臉
我覺得老師可以示範正確動作
或是來我旁邊幫我調整
都好
被叫到前面去就是難堪
那天上完課心情真得很差
我是個臉皮薄的人
以前在路上跌倒時
別人看了我一眼我就趕快起來
因為覺得丟臉
當然你也可以噓我是我自己臉皮太薄
臉皮厚一點就沒事了
可是我就是無法加厚
這間瑜珈教室的課程還有2/3以上
離我家近
開課時間又是我能配合的
這是當初選擇這家的原因
如果因為這件事情退掉課程
目前沒有其他地方可上課
(當初已經找過附近所有瑜珈教室了)
而且課程已經上了1/3
退課程也很不划算
想問問大家
如何調適心情
讓自己有動力再去上課?
