Fiorentina travel to the other Stadio Artemio Franchi to face Siena in the
biggest of the Tuscan derbies. The rivalry between the two goes back over 800
years to the time when the two cities would be warring for control of the
surrounding region. This has now carried over into one of the biggest
conflicts in Italian football.

Expect some entertainment though despite the high stakes. These two sides are
the highest scorers in the Division, while Siena also have the leakiest
defence. The tie will also see a straight battle between strikers Luca Toni
and Enrico Chiesa. The latter will be especially eager to score against his
old club, as he did on Sunday against Sampdoria in the 3-3 draw.

His task will be made a little easier by the absence of a number of
Fiorentina defenders. Guilherme Do Prado, Christian Maggio and Alessandro
Gamberini are all injured, while Giuseppe Pancaro is suspended.

Their Tuscan rivals are without just one player, striker Massimo Marazzina,

are both available for selection again after their recoveries.
