[討論] 為何有運動體重還一直增加?
我平均一週大約上七至八堂有氧課,
食量中等,但是只要某一天多吃了些,
例如昨天吃了我家牛排,晚上沒吃喔,體重就會暴增快一公斤,
然後今天就決定去運動,早上上了階梯,
中午吃雞肉飯一小碗,晚上吃燙高麗菜,這樣體重只減少0.2公斤...
why why why??????
為何多吃些體重就暴增,少吃又運動卻只減了一點點?
