supination就像是上篇文章說的，指手心向下變成"手心向上" 一般中文課本翻譯是"旋後" 但也有翻做 "外旋" "旋外" "旋上" (這就是為什麼病歷沒辦法中文化) 但個人認為最好的翻譯是"旋上" 因為醫學裡supine是指"仰躺" http://www.yogastudy.org/images/Supine-yoga-Postures.gif

若翻成外旋會與英文的"lateral(external) rotation"混淆故通常外旋是指lateral rotaion http://www.medtrng.com/mediallateralrotation.gif

至於pronation就是相反的方向(手心向下) 中文翻作"旋前"，但應該翻作"旋下"較好因醫學裡prone是指"俯臥" =========================================================================== 接下來講到腳掌的部份在解剖學課本是用"evertion" "inversion"來描述 eversion就是指腳底向外翻，中文課本翻做"外翻" 所以eversion＝腳的pronation http://www.deancare.com/crs/sma/pronatio.gif
