Re: [問題] 請問靜坐是否也有天分或緣分的因素在內?
我曾在馬哈希禪法的禪修營裡面和一個內觀行者聊過,
他已經練到不管任何疼痛生起,只要一觀照就會馬上消失.
我估計大概是到了第四觀智或第五觀智(到第十六觀智時就是證得初果),
不過他練內觀已經練了十幾年了.
釋迦牟尼在世時很多人一聽到佛的說法馬上就證得初果,二果,三果,
甚至有人一聽到佛的開示馬上就證得阿羅漢果,
現在應該沒有這種人了.
不過那些能在佛陀時代證果的人前世都已經修很久了,
並不是遇到釋迦牟尼才開始練的.
禪修的時候不能對禪修有任何期待,
例如期待證得什麼果位,證得什麼觀智,期待消除痛苦煩惱得到平靜快樂,
期待得到特殊體驗或期待能消除雜念等等.
因為期待得到什麼東西是貪念,期待消除什麼東西是嗔念.
如果有貪念和嗔念禪修就會修不好.
內觀只是客觀的活在當下,觀察身心的變化,
無論身心如何變化都勇敢的接受事實(不貪愛樂受也不排斥苦受).
當對身心變化的本質越來越了解,
自然就會逐漸消除痛苦煩惱,得到平靜快樂.
不過絕對不能不能追求消除痛苦煩惱,得到平靜快樂.
有些人這輩子是無法證得任何觀智和果位的,
因為修行方法錯誤,或不夠精進,或這輩子和前世造了某些惡業.
但繼續修行還是比較好的選擇,
因為不修一定會更糟糕.
以內觀來說,日常生活的一舉一動身心變化都可以當成禪修目標,
並不一定要打坐才能練(除了睡覺時間其他時間做任何事都可以修內觀).
當然打坐比較容易練定力,
不過時間不夠時也不是一定要坐一小時以上,
能夠坐個5分鐘或10分鐘也有修5分鐘和10分鐘的好處,
就算只能修很短的時間,
未來能產生的善報都是不可思議的.
